The best time to visit Vagamon is from September to May. The monsoon season (June-August) brings lush greenery but can make some areas inaccessible. December to February offers pleasant weather with occasional mists, while March to May provides clear skies and blooming flowers.

We offer flexible transportation options including private cars, jeep safaris, and shared vehicles. Jeep safaris are recommended for adventure enthusiasts and off-road experiences, while private cars provide comfort for families and couples. All vehicles are well-maintained and driven by experienced local drivers.

Meal inclusions vary by package. The Nature Retreat package includes all meals, while other packages may include breakfast and dinner. Lunch is typically not included to allow flexibility in choosing local cuisine. Special dietary requirements can be accommodated with advance notice.

Bring comfortable walking shoes, light jacket or sweater (temperatures can be cool), sunscreen, hat, water bottle, and any personal medications. For adventure packages, wear sturdy clothes and closed-toe shoes. We provide bottled water and basic first aid, but personal items should be carried.

Accommodation is included in multi-day packages like the Nature Retreat and Honeymoon Special. Day packages like the Weekend Tour do not include accommodation but can be customized to include stays. We partner with eco-friendly resorts and cottages that offer authentic local experiences.
